1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email), property configuration data, guest reservation data entered by hotel staff, and usage logs.
2. How We Use Information
To provide the Service, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts), and improve the product.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Backups are encrypted at rest.
4. Guest Data
Hotel guest data (names, emails, passport numbers) is entered by hotel staff and processed on their behalf. Hotels are the data controller for their guests' personal data.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Each has their own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
7. Your Rights
You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting support@gemica.tech.
